Procedure for examination of complaints of violation of the patient’s rights

We listen to the needs of every patient, so if you feel unheard or have any complaints, we are ready to help you. Current procedure for submission of complaints of violation of the patient’s rights:

  • The patient who believes that his / her rights have been violated has the right to submit a complaint to the head of UAB Denticija no later than one year from the day when the patient knew that his / her rights have been violated, but no later than 3 years from the day of the violation of the rights.
  • The head of UAB Denticija examines only those complaints of violation of the rights, when the violation of the rights does not cause damage, or the damage occurred before 11 February 2020.
  • The patient who believes that he / she has experienced the damage, and the damage occurred after 11 February 2020, shall directly apply to the Commission for the identification of damage to the patient’s health under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania by filling the patient’s application form below. The patient receives compensation from a special fund administered by the National Health Insurance Fund under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania.

After completing application form, the patients shall contact the Commission for the identification of damage.
