Dental straightening using splints

In clinics, we use a 3SHAPE TRIOS scanner that scans teeth. The scan changed the normal dental impression procedure. The procedure does not cause unpleasant sensations and discomfort, and the scanned image appears on the computer screen, thus, speeding up the dissemination of work between the orthodontist and the dental technician laboratory.
If you choose dental straightening by splints, the treatment lasts shorter than straightening in braces. This is a convenient way for patients travelling or living abroad, as patients are provided with several additional couples of splints during their visits to the orthodontist. Apart from all of these advantages, transparent tooth straightening splints are aesthetic and difficult to notice to the naked eye, making them suitable for patients who have postponed straightening their teeth due to an aesthetic appearance. When wearing straightening splints is much easier to maintain proper oral hygiene than wearing braces.
